On-line membership application form.

All members must complete an application form annually.

Membership applications for the full year and subscriptions are due in September. Half yearly subscriptions are due in January.

 The on-line application form is designed to make administration of membership records easier so please use it if you can. The website and the application form are secure so you should not be worried about entering personal information like your name,  e-mail address etc.

Gift aid

The choir can recover gift aid from HMRC. The on-line application form asks you to state if you would like the choir to reclaim tax on your subscription. Being able to reclaim Gift aid helps to pay for expenses for venue hire, soloists etc. so agreeing to this is very helpful.
